basic stay near wood green station
paper wallsunstable shower
Honestly, the lack of soundproofing was a joke. i could hear everything. conversations from other rooms drifted in as if the walls were made of paper and i think they should consider fixing the shower. It was a constant battle to find a comfortable temperature. i swear, adjusting the water was like diffusing a bomb.

i loved the convenient location near wood green station and alexandra palace with a handy shuttle bus outside. the staff were super polite and friendly, a huge plus for me. my room was comfortable and clean and i felt safe as a solo traveler. also , the room was quiet at night.
i noticed that the signage outside was a bit unclear , so i walked past it a few times.

uncomfortable bedunacceptable noise
The bed was dreadful. I found it impossible to get comfortable. the noise levels were unacceptable. the walls are far too thin, i could hear everything happening around me. this made restful sleep an impossibility. there was also a strange smell present in the room, the source i could not identify. it certainly detracted from the overall experience.
